Trainer Questionnaire

Barrington Countryside Park District is developing a Trainer Policy which will enable the Park District to communicate directly with those training and teaching at the Park District Riding Center. As a first step, we are requesting all trainers/teachers who have students and train horses at the Park District Riding Center to complete the following questionnaire. We thank you for your cooperation. We will keep you informed as the policy is developed and plan an information meeting for all trainers using our facility. Upon completing the questionnaire you will be added to our "Trainer/Teacher email bulletin list and be kept informed of all updates regarding teaching and training at the Riding Center. You will also be added to our general Riding Center eBulletin list. Note that the fields "Date" through "Telephone Number" are required fields.
