The Riding Club of Barrington Hills has two rental categories: Educational and
In-District. Additional service fees only apply if
requested or if services are performed "off-schedule".
Educational: Partial rentals for small clinics primarily for your Club. Areas must be open to the public for riding. Complete facility rentals may be closed to the public. Complete facility rentals are at the regular in-district rate. The application form is a general document. Rentals are reviewed on a case by case basis. Additional fees and/or requirements may apply. Other charges may include but are not limited to: Port-A-Pottie charges, dumpster fees, additional electrical charges, and special ring maintenance including magnetizing the arena. The number of participants, the number of spectators, type of rental, and time of rental may necessitate additional fees, specifications, and requirements. The Management Board Meets on the First Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Riding Center.
