BCPD Rebate Information

Beginning January 1, 2008 the Park District rebate total eligible amount for the 2008 calendar year is $70. The total amount eligible in 2007 was $140.00. Program receipts submitted for the year 2007 are eligible to receive the $140 total rebate amount.

Our Rebate Program offers the opportunity for residents to take advantage of Park District programs outside of the Barrington Countryside District. The rebate is for the difference between the in-district and out-of-district rate for a program taken outside of the Barrington Countryside Park District. Each family within the Barrington Countryside Park District is eligible for a total of $70 in rebates per calendar year. A receipt from the program, a completed rebate form (print out from this web site), and a copy of your tax bill must accompany each rebate request.

What Is A Rebate?
The difference between the in-district and out-of-district cost for a park district program, function, class, membership, etc attended outside of the Barrington Countryside Park District. After submission to the Barrington Countryside Park District this difference is refunded to the resident of the District.

Who Is Eligible?
Residents of the Barrington Countryside Park District.

What Is Covered?
Any park district program, activity, function, or membership.

How Do I Obtain A Rebate?
To obtain a rebate you must mail or fax the following information to the Barrington Countryside Park District at the above address or fax the information to (847)783-6772:

Your receipt
Your completed rebate application form printed from this web site.
A copy of your current tax bill.

Be sure to include the in-district and out-of-district rate. Be sure to include your identification and address information. A check for the difference between the in-district and out-of-district rate will be mailed to you. Print our Rebate Request form from our web site for your convenience.
